Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Trying to create a recovery usb using HP Cloud Recovery Tool however it keeps failing and says i need to email the logs to HP.  However i cannot find an email address to contact HP on anywhere.  Virtual Assistant is of no help, and what's app is not a viable contact method.  Does anyone know the email address to contact for support? Or where HP actually has an online support form i can fill out?
