I need to do a clean install of Windows 11 on an HP 17y-4061nr laptop.

I found the I need to load the Intel RS drivers during installation.   I’ve done that different ways.  The drives eventually show up, the installation starts, and, after the second reboot, the drives ‘disappear’ and I need to start over.

Is there an image I can download an image or a way to make the install continue?

Thanks.

Thanks.  The issue has been resolved.

I used F10 to boot to the system and there was a recovery option.  I chose it and the system picked up my bootable drive, started the process, and it's now complete.  Working on installing programs now.

Thanks for trying to help me.

I've never come across that issue before.

Normally you just load the F6 IRST driver and you're off to the races.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall the HP factory image on the drive.

Here is a video link for how to use the utility:

Since you have to use the software on another PC, you will have to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed.

Your notebook's product number is 568B7UA#ABA

You can also try the IRST drivers that I zipped up and attached below first.
