Product: HP Pavilion - 15z-cw100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need to reset my HP to its original state , want to restore my laptop.

 

Due to some software or virus my window system is messed up and has removed the activation key which results in not updating the window.

Want to update my system to window 11 now.

 

How to get my original window which came up with my laptop. Please advise.

Hi:

 

See if your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally come with your PC.

If your PC is not working, you will need to have access to another PC running Windows 7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
