Yes I have done the esc tap or f11 tap go through all my options to try and do a reset at the end says storage issues fix then try again, it's a used PC has a password on front when loads I can't make room for windows if can't reset the PC. Help 🙏

You can't do factory resets on the Stream laptops because the internal "drive" is way to small for the job -- and can't be enlarged.  Even if you remove everything from the drive except Windows, it is still way too small.
