HP Recommended

I need help getting in touch with a human at HP. I have a brand new HP Envy that keeps crashing. I can't register the device because it needs both a serial number and a product number and it keeps telling me the product number doesn't exist. All I have been able to do is talk to "Holly." I am really desperate. I don't have time to be going around and around with this. Is there any way to call and speak to a person. Will anyone from HP read this? I am really desperate.

Please help us with your HP unit serial number or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
