Hi @B085W7G5TL,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device that was lost.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Below are the only 2 options to find the MAC address of your HP device.
Option 1: Using Command Prompt
- Open Command Prompt: Press Win + S, type cmd, and hit Enter.
- Run the command: Type the following command and press Enter:
- Find the MAC Address: Look for the Physical Address under the network adapter you're using (e.g., Wi-Fi or Ethernet). The MAC address will look something like 00-1A-2B-3C-4D-5E.
Option 2: Through Network Settings
- Open Network Settings:
- Press Win + I to open Settings.
- Navigate to Network & Internet.
- Choose Your Network:
- Click Wi-Fi (or Ethernet, depending on your connection).
- For Wi-Fi, click Hardware properties.
- Find MAC Address: Look for the Physical Address (MAC) listed.
Please mark this post as “Accepted Solution” if the issue is resolved and if you feel this reply was helpful click “Yes”.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a great day ahead!
