I want to have a windows 11 pro recovery disk in iso format so that I can reinstall windows 11 into my laptop.

Hi, Elias:

 

HP only supplies the recovery kit by the user making a bootable USB recovery drive with the Cloud recovery client utility from the link below.

 

HP EliteBook x360 1040 G7 Notebook PC Software and Driver Details

If you must have a W11 ISO file, then your only option would be to download one from Microsoft at the link below (3rd option).
