Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have checked my hard drive and it passes the test but I have no operating system on my computer it was wiped out somehow and I need to install a new operating system it's an older laptop

Just to add a little information I have a USB stick with an operating system for an HP but it will not accept it due to the fact that the HP stick is too new for the computer I believe it's an 11 windows on the stick and the best computers ever had is 10

Hi:

 

 Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive to factory reset your PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.

You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media.
