You can clean install Windows 10 by making a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page:

If you want the original HP factory image, the only place I know of where you can buy that would be from this vendor at the link below:
