My hard drive crashed and I had to install a new one. My PC did not come with discs to reinstall the operating system. How do I go about getting these?

Hi:
You should be able to order recovery media for your notebook at the link below.
Select the W10 operating system and the link to order recovery media will be the last item on the list.
Instead of ordering recovery media, you can always clean install W10 for free at any time by using the Media Creation tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
The utility will allow you to make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive, or you can save an ISO file which you can later burn to a DVD using your DVD burning program's Burn ISO option.
The software will work with the W10 product key in your notebook's BIOS and activate once you are reconnected to the internet.
Then you can install the drivers and available software from the above support page.
