My husband has been trying to set up his laptop. We began this process a while ago, then he let it sit for a while. Now, we can't remember what the password was that he used to login. We try reset password, but we never set up any security questions and there is no "password reset disc" that it asks for. We're thinking we just need to restart the installation, but can't get into any settings or anything. Any idea how we can fix this? Thank you.
