Need to locate the link that supports DPTF (Dynamic Platform & Thermal Framework) drivers for "HP 255 G7 Notebook PC"

HP Recommended

Only Intel PC's have that device.

 

On AMD platforms you have to install the chipset driver.

 

For Ryzen processor, you need this one:

 

AMD Ryzen™ and Athlon™ Mobile (Chipset) Drivers & Support | AMD

 

For the AMD 'A' series processors, you need this one:

 

970 Drivers & Support | AMD
