After installing windows 10 from windows 11, i am not able to use touchpad. I can use cursor by connecting external mouse. Please help to access touchpad control.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W10 touchpad driver from the previous model 15s-4000 model series which has W10 drivers:

I installed this driver but problem still same and some drivers are also missing

Then I suggest you reinstall W11 because there won't be many W10 drivers for your notebook.

 

It was only supported by HP for W10.

 

If you needed W10, you should have bought a HP Probook or Elitebook business class notebook.

 

Those have driver support for both W10 and W11.

 

Your other option would be to try the W11 drivers from your notebook's support page.

 

Some of those may work on W10.
