Needing to close HP System Event Utility Host

I'm trying to prepare my laptop for an online proctored exam, and it is telling me I need to close hpsystemeventutilityhost. I followed the steps on Google to do so, but it is not listed as downloaded in my programs. Does it go by another name? How do I uninstall it if it is not an option in my program list, and is it housed somewhere else in my computer?
