Product: HP Compaq nx9005 Base Model Notebook PC

Been trying for years to login into my mother's old Compaq nx 9005 laptop. It runs windows XP professional. We both have sadly forgotten the password to it. Looked up tutorials from YouTube and the web but none of them are helpful. I need to retrieve old files and family photos to transfer over to a USB.

 

The administrator login trick failed. No recovery option appears when I tried the restart trick.  This is my last resort. Can anyone help me?
