Hello, I have an HP laptop and I’m having a similar problem, I cannot watch Netflix on the app or if I go on internet explorer it will not allow me to pull it up. So I uninstalled Netflix then tried to reinstall Netflix app but it won’t allow me, I then did as you suggested to Heidi18 and tried to install flixster app but when I type that app the only app that pulls up is livemall movies and 4 pics 1 movie app.

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,
The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.
As I understand the Netflix application isn't working on your device,
I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:
What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: https://hp.care/2rSuDJS;
(Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).
Have you attempted all the steps mentioned on the original post? ( https://hp.care/2GQalga )
When was the last time it worked without these issues?
Are other applications working? is the issue limited only to Netflix?
In the meantime, here's a few steps that may help your cause:
I suggest refreshing the Windows Store on your PC and then try installing the app:
Follow the steps below:
- Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog box.
- Type WSReset.exe, and click/tap on OK.
- Open Run again, type %temp% to get the temporary files. Delete everything here (skip the ones which cannot be deleted)
- Restart your computer.
- Now, go to the Windows Store and try installing the app.
Please reply with the details for further assistance.
For I shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,
And your device is up and running again,
that said, If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck.
