Did anyone tryout the new bios update that has been roll out on 31/1/21 for Hp gaming gaming 15 laptop?

I did on HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 15 and now it's on constant lag... cannot make to work; running all kinds of System tests no issue... so I found myself in this forum... I wish I would not followed the "recommended Important update"... now cannot do anything on my HP.. any ideas what to do?

Is there a way to go back to the previous version?
