HP Recommended

Hi,
I just got a new EliteBook 860 G11, but it keeps resetting or freezing without any prior notice. This happens randomly and doesn’t seem to be linked to any software installations. So far, I’ve tried a “hard reset,” but it hasn’t resolved the issue.
The computer is still under warranty, but I am located in Slovenia, and I’m not sure if I can take it to an authorized service center here. Could you please advise me on the next steps?
