Just got this laptop 2 days ago. Lots of problems, and no way to get HP attention. Their tech support is extremely poor.
My laptop shuts down with no warning, mostly while charging. New problem in office, program closes without warning and you have to reopen and start again.
Tried the virtual assistant, which sends me in a loop asking the same question over and over.
Downloaded the diagnostic tool but can't figure out how to run it.
I admit I'm not a PC expert, but this is a brand new machine, cost a lot of money, and quality just sucks. Recently purchased 2 printers and had problems with both. In the end I had to hire somebody to come and figure out the problem. New laptop still only prints from one, not the other.
