Hello, 

 

I just bought this chrome book for my mum for Christmas and it's having an issue where after a few minutes it completely powers off. I have tried resetting by pressing a power button and refresh button but it still does it after a few minutes 

I can't find any setting that has anything to do with screen time out or anything but it does it when you're working on it anyway and completely shuts down it isn't just the screen is black. Any ideas? Thank you!

  • Have you tried with a new battery? 
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?
