HP 255 G8 Notebook PC (347S4AV)

Hi

My laptop keeps crashing several times a day. I have spent 3 days with Microsoft support.. eventually giving remote access.. after a crash there is nothing in the event logs that explains the crash. Looking at the reliability report.. It will only say that "Windows was not shut down properly"

We checked EVERYTHING.. Tested EVERYTHING.. and every test was passed. Eventually the guy told me the last thing he can recommend is that I create a ISO disc.. wipe and do a complete new Windows 11 installation. So we did that... The issue persists.

 

So then I downloaded all the HP tools. Ran EVERY TEST.. stress test on CPU.. All hardware test.. and all tests were passed.. 

But... The problem persists. 

 

Now I work online with working professionals.. lecturing.. debating.. talks at seminars.. etc.. All online. 

 

So this issue is now interfering with my ability to research.. teach.. and earn a living. 

 

Please help me fix this as it seems that nobody has an answer for me
