New Hp chromebook 11.6 HD Diagonal Display

Just bought my chromebook clicked on camera and it says “file system errors” so, I returned it & got a new one after i explained to the target staff the problem but then i got home and the new one has the same problem.. can i get any help?

Let's try updating the Chrome OS

1. To update Chrome OS, select the Status Tray. 
2. Select Settings. 
3. Select About Chrome OS. 
4. Select Check for and apply updates.

Restart the Chromebook.

If the issue persists, perform a power wash on the Chromebook using the below link.
