I have a newly purchased Omnibook Ultraflip received yesterday. I attempted to register the product on the site, but it did not recognize the serial # and couldn't be registered. I verified that the serial # entered was exactly matching with what I see (product physical label, bios etc.) multiple times.
I can't request warranty support through the websie without registering, and I can't get a human being at HP Tech Support.
