New Pavilion Set Up

I started up my brand new pavilion and during set up, right after it asked me for my phone number, i hit “do this later” and the screen turned white.. i have no options to do anything and it has been like this for almost 20 minutes now. not sure how to get out of this. almost like it is loading but nothing is showing up (and its white instead of showing a loading screen)

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

Press and hold the power-on button of the PC - hold if for at least 5-6 seconds until the computer powers off completely.

Then, try to start the computer back again.

Ensure the PC is offline - not connected to Wi-Fi, not connected via LAN cable. If needed, temporary switch off all your home or office routers.

While the PC is offline, ensure you select the option to set up the PC without Microsoft Account. Instead, use a local account.

The local account is the classic option which is not Internet connected and does not require any connections.
