It is so frustrating. My new refurbished computer keeps freezing, showing pixels, and shutting down. It turns on again and the computer has no error message and HP support doesn't recognize any problem. Windows support recognized that it shut down improperly, and said it was a hardware issue (I have screen shots below). But because HP support diagnostics can't recognize the hardware issue, the support team says that the warrantee is useless. They say it must be software, but I reset my computer and redownloaded Windows, but the problem persists. I've been using HP laptops for 10 years, but I don't recommend anyone get their certified refurbished laptops if they have problems like this. Any help for possible suggestions?

It's generally a really BAD idea to buy a refurbished laptop -- unless you buy it from a reputable refurbish outfit, like MicroCenter.
The warranty is only with the reseller and even then, it's often only 30 days.
If you are having troubles with this now, you need to return it for a refund as it is only going to continue to have issues.

The thing is, it is the officially refurbished HP from HP. It came in a box from HP and it is under warrantee from HP. HP is not accepting any warrantee responsibility because their diagnostics app doesn't say it is a hardware issue. It doesn't even recognize any issue, even though it keeps randomly shutting down when I am in the middle of working. Shouldn't the officially refurbished HP products be trustworthy? If there is a problem, I am supposed to get the refund or exchange directly from HP, but HP does not acknowledge the issue because their diagnostic program might not be compatible with Windows 11.

OK, you are correct -- a refurbished unit from HP is warrantied by HP. But we here can not do anything about warranty claims or issues.
HP does not provide links for phone support in the US because of Scammers that were harvesting those numbers, calling customers, and charging them money for services they did not need.
To get a phone number, you have to go to the HP site listed below, create a support case, and after that, HP will provide contact information, possibly including a phone number. That link is not going to let you create a support ticket if your warranty has expired -- because HP does not provide phone support outside of the warranty period.
