Product: HP envy 360 convertible 15

Hello 

I am trying to get my HP running after installment of a new SSD (SAMSUNG 970 EVO Plus). I tried to follow a guide for updating the BIOS via HP support page (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4123786-2338478-16) but when I get to the step "Update the BIOS with a USB flash drive" my PC does not show the tab with "Firmware Management" or "BIOS Management". I have installed the file on a USB flashdrive, but I can't move forward. 

 

If someone have an idea what to do, it would be much appreciated.
