Sorry, but there is nothing we can do about that from here -- as that requires removing accounts and we are not authorized to do that.
If it were mine, I would return it for a refund.
But, if you want to work with HP to fix it, then you will have to contact HP Customer Support directly and have them put you in touch with HP Tech Support to walk you through creating and removing accounts.
