I bought the HP Notebook -15-dw1081wm
BRAND NEW from Walmart. Since day one of buying it it has not worked. Walmart wouldn’t take it back or help me try an fix it. I took it somewhere an spent $100 to get it fixed an it still don’t work. Takes forever to turn on, internet browser never loads or comes on I just get a white screen most of the time or it takes forever to even click onto the internet. I have very good WiFi I know it’s not WiFi. I’ve tried to use it at two of my family’s homes an it still does the same.

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.
When was the last time it worked normally?
Have you made any changes to your computer like change or OS?
When was the unit purchased?
If you have made any changes to your OS, update the bios by selecting the current OS. Click here
If that does not work, you may have to run a factory reset and see how it goes. Click here
