New computer, need help w changing owner info.

Hello,  need to change/ update  the "owner" information (email, name, phone#) to mine. My brother inserted his info just to set it up so we can use it. I went to log him out and delete user and shut it down but when i turn it on, It is still his info and login passwords. Can someone direct me where to go and delete his info and insert mine. We both tried to someone can direct us to do this, that would be great! Thank you so much for your help today!
