Hello,

I'am trying to find new firmware to my hp 2013 ultra slim dock. Recognizing hardware using https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-elitebook-840-g1-notebook-pc/5405360/model/54053... recognizes my laptop correctly, but suggestes following firmware for the docking station : https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp96001-96500/sp96044.exe.

Installing firmware failis with error message: VmmTools Cannot find Synaptics MST DP hub IC. How can I solve this. As I've found from forums the firmware update is needed to get new 1440p monitor to work with this docking station.
