Pavilion 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a brand new HP pavilion 14 convertible intel core i5, with 8g ram, on the 29th of May. It has been hanging, freezes every time and very frustrating to use since I bought it. I’m a student, who studies online. Its under warranty, please assist, I am currently in Chester, Uk.

Sorry, but we are not HP Tech Support and can not do any warranty work on your PC.  For that, you have to contact HP yourself and arrange for such work to be done.
