Trying to set up my new HP Laptop  Pentium N5000, and screen is froze on setting up Microsoft windows!!  And of course I can't contact support because i have no clue on any of the information they need because I am frozen.. so how is their support any help!! I need this computer for work!

Please take time to set it up, your machine is a bottom end machine that means slow.
