New laptop, when idle black squares start appearing on screen

New laptop, but its rather slow and when I am on a page too long black squares start appearing and can be moved if crossed over by mouse or moving page up and down, sometimes they go away, sometimes they just move to another spot on page.

When your computer is very slow you can right clic on your task bar to open your task manager, and in details show what is the components very used (more 80%). And you can click on this components for know what is the programs used big ressources and tell that us.
