Microsoft Windows 11

After doing a system recovery (wanted to clear memory that was no longer needed ) Nvidia Geoforce GTX 1650, stopped working and I get code 43.
I have tried all things possible, HP assistant support, Nvidia Geoexperience, uninstalling and reinstalling driver.  I have updated all my windows, I have done all updates recommended by HP. I even did a BIOS update which was recommended.   The only thing that looked like it worked was when I uninstalled and reinstalled but on reset it converts back to code 43.

I've uninstalled it in add/remove as well as device manage and CMD , I've tried all ways possible and even in specific order as some people said online.  The Nvidia control panel doesn't work, so i cant simple right click my desktop and see it there. Same uninstalled and reinstalled it doesn't work. Disabled , hard reset.

I'm really frustrated as my warranty i didn't realise ran out 2 weeks ago and I've been reading on this error for the last few weeks. The computer has no reason to be under stress and I don't do to much on it.

I tried to get help through Amazon where I bought the product but they have stopped doing the laptop , which makes me worry if there was something wrong with it all along and I'm now stuck with a laptop that doesn't even run one of the main drivers.

I'm not very technical but I do understand a little about computers, I would appreciate any help with this issue.

Thank You
