Hi @Althoodnation ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you've performed a factory reset on your Victus Gaming laptop and are now facing issues with missing device drivers on Windows 11, you can try the following steps to resolve the problem:

Windows Update:

  • Make sure your laptop is connected to the internet.
  • Go to Settings > Windows Update.
  • Check for updates and install any available updates. Windows Update often provides drivers for various hardware components.

Device Manager:

  • Press Windows Key + X and select "Device Manager."
  • Look for any devices with a yellow triangle icon, indicating missing or outdated drivers.
  • Right-click on the device and choose "Update driver."
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to search for and install the appropriate driver.

Manufacturer's Website:

  • Visit the official website of your laptop's manufacturer.
  • Look for a "Support" or "Downloads" section.
  • Enter your laptop model and download the latest drivers for your hardware components.

Driver Installation Tools:

  • You can use third-party driver installation tools like Driver Booster or Snappy Driver Installer to automatically detect and install missing drivers.

Windows Troubleshooter:

  • Open Settings and go to "Update & Security."
  • Choose "Troubleshoot" from the left pane.
  • Run the "Hardware and Devices" troubleshooter to identify and fix hardware-related issues.

System File Checker (SFC) and DISM:

  • Open Command Prompt as an administrator.
  • Run sfc /scannow to scan and repair system files.
  • Run DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to repair the Windows image.

Restore from a Previous Backup:

  • If you have a backup created before the factory reset, consider restoring your system to that point.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
