Hey guys, can anyone help me retrieve the rapid storage driver for an HP Probook G7 450 with S/N: >Do not include the product serial number or any private information<? I downloaded the Rapid storage driver from the website and it still not helping me see the available drives when re-installing windows 10. Also, I did download the intel optane 10 and 11 generation to extract the drivers to my other thumbdrive but I keep getting an error "The Intel® Rapid Storage Technology installer ran into a problem.

Internal error code: 0x00000018"

 

I need help.

I recommend that you use the HP cloud recovery client to make a bootable USB recovery drive to reinstall W10/W11:
