Hi, I think it is Windows 11. I have an Envy 360 convertible. I tried to use HP support, but it says my SN is invalid. It is an older laptop. The error I get is 3FO. Boot device not found install OS. I did a drive check, it says Bios recovery files not found. Failure in Drive 1, then a long error message. 6AJFVV-8ANC6R-GXGK6K-60A603. ID WOU47AV.
I turned it on the other day and the screen is black with the above error message.

Hi @DomMT6,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
If the Hard Disk Error 3F0 boot device not found is displayed on a black screen, use the following procedures to try to resolve the error.
Restore BIOS default settings
To restore the BIOS default setting, open the BIOS Setup screen.
- Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
- Press the power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the f10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
- On the BIOS Setup screen, press f9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
- Press f10 to Save and Exit.
- Use the arrow keys to select Yes, and then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
- Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
Click here for the remaining steps.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance
