HP Recommended

I was installing a new operating system on my HP laptop called Atlas OS and it told me to wipe my drive and install a fresh version of Windows 10 but after I wiped my drive I couldn't install Windows and now I have no operating system. I thought I had a new Windows 10 on a bootable thumb drive but I can't get it to boot it. Do any of you know what to do?
