Hello,

I am currently using HP 15s eq0024au model which I purchased last week and all set up done 2 days back along with latest windows 10 updates. My issue is, I cannot sign in with a password as there is no such option provided in the "Sign-in Options"No Password and Picture Password option available after Security key!No Password and Picture Password option available after Security key!

Only accepts pin. Please help and guide me on how this can be sorted out.

@CopyCat007

Unfortunately, the image you attempted to post is blank.

Windows offers two different forms of login -- MSN account and Local -- and current installations FORCE the first, requiring you to create a PIN.

If you go into your account in settings it may offer you the option of creating a password.  IF you do that, when you then reboot and go to login again, there may be a pulldown that offers you the option of PIN or password.
