Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hello Everyone!

I have an HP laptop that I am trying to restore, only to find out that I don't have the Recovery Partition, but I have a RM folder. Is there any way to restore my laptop using the RM folder. It has the Image to restore the PC.

Thanks in Advance

@HassanWael Welcome to HP Forums Community!

The newer version of HP products don't come with the recovery partition to save space, that said, you can use the steps from this link to reinstall the windows: Click here

Hello,

1- This is a 2010 HP Mini Laptop.

2- It did come with a recovery partition but the partition was deleted and all contents of the partition were on the RM folder when I restored it back in 2015.

3- I will post a picture later with the contents of the RM folder.

Thanks
