Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ey0000 (54J83AV)

Laptop lags out often like CPU is being put to sleep to save power even though thermals are fine. Bios are locked out to minimal options and using esc>f10>A just beeps. No option after escape for advanced bios to check power saving settings.

 

If I can't even access my BIOS I'm returning this computer. This is ridiculous.
