If you replaced the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a 2.5" SSD, you can use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility. You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support
You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
Your PC's product number is: 7NL56PA#ACJ
If you installed a M.2 NVMe SSD and you installed Windows, on it, temporarily disconnect the hard drive and see if the notebook will boot from the SSD.
If you still get the same error, try using the cloud recovery tool recovery drive on the SSD.
Leave the 2.5" drive disconnected until you get the SSD to work if you have a M.2 SSD installed.

i have already previous bootable pendrive, but the question is if i reinstall windows on same ssd which already has windows installed, will there be any problem, i mean two windows... and i think it will create recovery partition on hdd as it is first drive... will there be any data loss in hdd.

On any drive you use the tool on, you lose all data currently on the drive.
You wouldn't have two Windows installations on one drive because the tool will repartition, format and erase all contents of the data currently on the drive.
