No bootable device

Hello, i would really appreciate some help this laptop running again. somehow my sister cleared out the drivers/ operating system on this laptop. when i go to turn it on it says no bootable device. I had downloaded th windows os onto a bootbale usb but then it says ther are no drivers

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool to reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.

Here is an info link for how to use the utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

Since you have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your notebook's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.

hello i downloaded the cloud recovery tool, and tried using it but then i got an error stating the computer is not supported by the system recovery media
