Nope I does not have any , I have been checking many solutions installed updated drivers from the device manager disable enable device , resetted the app , checked the privacy settings for camera but nothing worked 😞

This is the same driver that Paul gave you, but it is on the support page for your model and is executable, try it and see if it works for you.

i switched to Windows 11 Just , It too didn't had all the drivers but windows update and Hp support Assistant took care of that.
Though the last issue is still there that is of the camera , its just the light on the left of the camera keeps blinking and the camera app keeps shaking like it connecting and reconnecting again n again.

Enter windows service and restart ¨Windows Camera Frame Server service¨
