Microsoft Windows 11

I have HP Paviliion 14-dv1629na and cannot boot to Windows.

HP recovery tool doesn't work (seems useless to be honest, I keep getting blue screen error or automatic repair that doesn't even progress and restarts again, complete waste of time)

I'm trying to do a clean installation of Windows 11, used the Media Creation Tool and using USB Drive.

Followed the following procedures provided here.

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/Win-10-install-not-recognizing-...

and

https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-System-and-Recovery/No-drives-can-be-found-during-W...

Used the drivers - sp135979 but cannot progress with installation. I'm stucked with this screen (see image attached) and cannot progress either using the two drivers. I clicked install but nothing happens.

Prior to doing all of these I managed to run diagnostic test and all of th test passed.

Not sure what is missing, it is annoying to have to deal with all of these.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the drivers that I zipped up and attached below.

Unzip and copy all of the files in the folder in the attachment to a USB flash drive.

Have the flash drive and your Windows installation media plugged into USB ports.

Boot from the Windows installation flash drive.

When you get to the screen where no drives can be found, click on the Load driver option, browse to the flash drive with the storage controller drivers on it.

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.

If Windows still can't find the drive, uncheck the box to include the compatible driver and try any of the ones listed.

Thanks. I tried all of that. but nothing worked. I managed to disable the Intel Optane Memory on bios and was able to progress. Now I managed did a clean install of Windows 11. The question is, what license key I can provide if ask to activate the Windows?

If your notebook came with Windows, the product key is encrypted in the BIOS and you won't need it to install or activate Windows.
