The message says that the system is corrupted or your SSD/Hard Drive may be faulty.

Is the HP equipment new?

The laptop have a year, the ssd its an m2 256gb, suddenly it stopped working, i check the ssd it does not recognize, says dons have an OS. i should buy other ssd?

Hello,

 

In this case, first try installing the system again, if the error still persists, it could just be the connection that is bad.

Then, if you are aware, open the machine and disconnect and connect the SSD, sometimes it may recognize the system again.

Now if none of the above options work. I recommend you buy the SSD.
