No issue just a solution

I have an answer that's a simple way to factory reset your laptops notebook or Netbooks with windows 8 or better bring up the on screen keyboard in the options /accessibility menu hit shift and then go to lower right corner and hit reset and it should bring up the recovery menu to factory reset
