Product: Hp Stream
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Bought this laptop for my grandson for school use. Which was bought from a pawn shop after paying for it the salesman opened it up was supposed to remove password and then he powered it off then closed it.  After getting home I try to contact it to the laptop and it states " Boot Device Not Found"

Please install an operating system on your hard disk.

Hard Disk (3F0)

Please please help me

While downloading reviewing the videos to the link sent on my other laptop all of a sudden. My laptop goes completely blank and started making loud sound that are annoying. I powered it off fast and closed it. What should I do?
