Hi @Sticky123
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
Lets run the hardware test.
Please find below the steps for testing for hardware failures :
Run the Extensive Test if no system component failed during the Fast Test.
Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
Turn on the computer and immediately press esc repeatedly, about once every second. When the menu is displayed, press the f2 key.
On the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) main menu, click System Tests, and then click Extensive Test.
Click either Run once or Loop until error.
While the test is running, the time remaining and test result for each component displays on the screen.
If a component fails a test, scan the QR Code or write down the failure ID (24-digit code) for when you contact us again. The information is also available in Test Logs on the main menu.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.
-Regards
