Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
help! When I restart and boot from normal mode, there is no option to log in, like not even icons. In safe mode it works fine though. Can anyone help?

I left the laptop overnight, and when I saw it this morning. It worked fine. No idea what happened. Thanks for the help anyway!

Hi,

From safe mode can you restore to previous known good point?

Also try opening command prompt as administrator and performing sfc /scannow  to see if there are any corrupted system files.
